Selection
for admission to the Women’s Hostel is
made, giving top priority to merit s ell
as distance.

Admission
to the hostel is strictly provisional
and is valid for one academic session.

After
admission/readmission the hostel
superintendent makes the allotment of
rooms. Any claim for allotment of seat
in a specific room is not entertained.

The
superintendent maintains and Admission
Register of the boarders.

The
boarders are allowed to leave the hostel
only with their parents/legal guardians
or recognized guardians.

The
parents/guardians have to request the
superintendent/ Asst. Superintendent to
take their wards from the hostel. They
have to put their signature on a
register maintained for the boarders in
the hostel

Boarders
are not allowed to leave the Hostel
under any circumstances without the
consent of their parents/guardians.

Ordinarily
the are not allowed to meet anybody on
the working days.

The
visiting hour is from 10 am to 5 pm on
every Sunday. Violation of this is
treated as an offence, which is strictly
viewed.

The
parents of the boarders living at
distant places have to submit the name
of recognized guardian of their war,
pass-port size photograph of the
recognized guardian has to be furnished
along with the name.

The
boarders have to place orders for their
needs to the ward boy. Ordinarily, they
are not allowed to go to market.
However, under special circumstances
boarders can go to local market with the
matron/Asst. Supdt./Spdt. Only

The
parents/ recognized guardians are
required to co-operate with the hostel
administration.

Boarders
must observe discipline in the best
interest of the hostel.

Boarders
are not allowed to take part in meeting
or association our side the college with
the permission of the Principal

The
superintendent is responsible for
maintenance of order and discipline in
the hostel and has power to punish the
boarders for breach of discipline.

The
Principal is the final authority in
respect of admission of the boarders to
the hostel and reserves the right of
changing any rules as she/he deems fit.
