College Examinations

1. There shall be two examinations namely-First Terminal/Half  yearlyand Annual Examinations for +2 1st year classes and 1st Terminal and Test Examinations for +2 2nd year and +3 classes.

2. Apperance at all examinations is compulsory and binding for every student. Unless a student appers at the Annual or Test Examination as the case may be, she shall not be promoted to the next higher class or sent up for the University/H.s. Examination.

3. One set of rules shall be followed for promotion etc. unless it is specially changed by the staff Council.

4. Students who remain absent in any  of the above examinations in one or more than one subject have to pay a fine or appear at a spical examination for the purpose on payment of any examination fee as decided by the Staff Council.

5. Students of this college are required to clear up all their dues in the different sections incluiding hostel dues before the commencement of Test/Annual Examination.

6. Students are not allowed to change their subjects(s) without the permission of principal.

7. If a student is not promoted due to any reason or has not taken admission within four weeks of reopening of the college her name is to be struck off the college Rolls.

University/H.S. Examination: -

1. All University/H.S. Examination shall be conducted as per the programme and instructions of the concerned authority.

2. Any student found adopting unfair means during the examinations or showing indecent behaviors shall be punished. (N.B. Rules for college Examinations are subject to change as decide by the Staff Council of this college from time to time.
