Admission
to the college cannot be claimed as a
matter of right. Admission is allowed
on the grounds of merit and conduct.

Admission
starts from the date specified and
notified by the college after
announcement of the Board, council and
University results and continues till
the last date prescribed by the
Govt./Council/ University.

A
student seeking admission is required
to apply in the prescribed form within
the specified period.

Application
forms for admission, prospectus and
other connected papers are available
in the college office on payment of Rs
50/- at the college counter or
remitting Rs. 75/- by post.

Application
forms complete in all respects and
with all required documents/papers as
per the notification must reach the
college office by the stipulated date.
No application for admission shall be
received beyond the last date fixed.

The
selected candidates are intimated by
“under certificate of posting”
regarding the date and time of
admission. On the date of admission
along with the original of the
certificates/mark sheets ctc.
Submitted earlier, a candidate has to
produce three passport-size
photographs and deposit the requisite
amount of fees.

Incomplete
application for admission will be
rejected.

The
applicant claiming weight
age/reservation for one or more than
one category must mention the relevant
category (s) on the application form.

Reservation/weight
age is not permissible for admission
into Honduras subjects
-
Candidates
must apply separately for separate
streams.

The
Principal reserves the tight to refuse
admission to any student without
assigning any reason there of.

Some
seats are reserved for scheduled
castes, scheduled tribes and
physically handicapped candidates as
per govt. norms.
-
Students
of the college who have failed at the
last CHSE/University Examination or
Annual Promotion Examination cannot
claim readmission.

No
student shall be allowed to change her
combination of subjects after the
specified period for the change of
subjects.

The
decision of the Principal in matters
of admission is final and binding.
